We’ve officially completed the Body Bloom Gym. The scent of fresh paint has replaced the musk of drywall and sawdust that filled the building through months of construction. This once hollow space, rich in potential, is now a warm resting place for gleaming new equipment. Looking back to the beginning of this journey, I can’t help but marvel at how far we’ve come in the face of adversity, a beautiful metaphor for health and life.
I can still feel the tenacity, grit, and tireless work that went into getting here reverberating through my veins. There’s an act of blind faith that has to occur when you set a goal, a period where you’re swinging in the dark and hoping your efforts are landing. Much like our health journey, you’ve got to be willing to sift through the mess and trust that if you do, you will eventually strike gold. When you put in the work and keep going, you can achieve anything.
It’s fitting that we forged the Body Bloom Gym in a year of unprecedented obstacles. We believe that you learn your most valuable life skills when you have to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and stay the course, even when you can’t see the finish line. It’s how we train and it’s also how we live—unwavering in the belief that success is born from exhausting your doubts and fueling your ambitions.
The facility is new, improved, and ready for action. Bring in mental toughness and leave all shitty attitudes at the door.
