Our classes are specifically designed so that each member progresses, increasing their strength and cardio capacity week to week. You don’t have to worry about hitting all the muscle groups or what to work out. We got you covered!
You won’t see more than 10 attendees in any of our classes. We cap our class sizes so that we can give each member more attention and provide personalized coaching throughout class.
A 45-minute strength class that focuses on form and technique. You will train using your own body weight, bands, or dumbbells for resistance and your muscles will be challenged with sets of Time Under Tension (TUT).
30 minutes of cardio intervals that’ll make you wanna say, “Oh sHIIT!” This challenging session gets the heart rate up and endorphins flowing. Brace yourself for short bursts of intense bodyweight exercise with timed rest & recovery.
There is ample parking on Harrison and neighboring streets.
