Certified Strength Training Coach

Body Bloom coach, Elizabeth Reyes, is more than qualified to provide you with an individualized strength training plan. She is a certified strength and nutrition coach through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

Each person is different, which is why having an individualized program is key for clients to see success. Elizabeth has the experience and knowledge necessary to create this customized program for each and every client.

When not helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Elizabeth leads corporate health talks across the country, including around the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Boston.
