About Us

Our Founder, Elizabeth Reyes

Elizabeth earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a strength and nutrition coach. When she’s not with clients, she leads corporate health talks throughout the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Boston.

Elizabeth’s passion for giving back led her to volunteer at local emergency shelters as well as global nonprofits. She was the group fitness instructor at a women’s shelter in Soma, and also became an authorized Shop Floor Volunteer with the SF-Marin Food Bank to bring better food options to homeless women trying to get back on their feet. One of Elizabeth’s most rewarding life experiences was her service as an AllHands earthquake and hurricane disaster response volunteer in both Kathmandu, Nepal, as well as in Leyte, Philippines.
